Room layouts, programme numbering, and registration refinements
- Prepare room order, layouts and equipment once, then use them consistently across the programme, public venue pages, signage pickers, reports and the ema assistant
- Room-linked bookings and check-in respect effective room capacity while preserving existing bookings, and layout warnings and effective session capacity are shown before you confirm changes
- Schedule builder lets you edit Q&A minutes for each slot, and reservation Q&A carries through to on-site displays
- Programme numbering controls let you assign and manage programme codes; saved codes show in staff and speaker workflows, email templates and subjects, and signage, and attendees can find public talks and sessions by programme code
- Talks receive a stable submission ID as soon as they are created
- Event heroes are configurable: place registration buttons and other content over event artwork, with the full image preserved on small screens, clearer navigation and complete event titles
- Invoices have cleaner side-by-side headers, and saved invoice PDFs regenerate after template corrections
- People with an invoice link can pay without signing in
- Registration forms can pre-fill billing addresses, configurable per event
- Registration reports can be rebuilt as saved reports, with saved column ordering; eligible add-ons stay visible when their category links are unavailable
- Genuine capacity changes protect checkout, while unrelated edits and imports no longer cause unnecessary contention
- Registration fixes for group intake after declining add-ons, transfers, waitlist checkout and cancellation, card declines, notification opt-outs, resumed carts and zero-price bulk add-ons
- Admin form pickers only offer forms of the accepted entity type
- On-site appliance management follows the same navigation and design language as the other ema web products
