- Prepare room order, layouts and equipment, then use them consistently across the programme, public venue pages, signage and reports
- Room-linked bookings and check-in respect effective room capacity while preserving existing bookings, with layout warnings and effective session capacity shown before you confirm changes
- Genuine capacity changes protect checkout, while unrelated edits and imports no longer contend with it
- Assign programme numbers to talks and sessions, then find them by programme code on the public programme and see them in speaker workflows, email templates and signage
