Delivery and billing
Insights needs a recording. Supply your own, or arrange separately quoted Fieldstate Live capture and production. Twelve months of hosting is included; on-demand viewing is metered.
In-platform session recording and the video library start on Crew. CPD/CE Management requires Scale or an agreed bespoke scope.
Participant-hours and viewer-hours are measured and billed by the minute. Captions and translation bill per language per session of up to two hours; a longer session bills a second session. The room’s own language counts as a language. Voice translation includes its text.
Email and AI allowances reset on the client’s monthly billing date and do not roll over. Storage is a continuing capacity allowance. Files do not reset each month. Additional storage is based on average GB held during the billing period, rounded up to the next GB.
Launch packages are invoiced at order. The 5-hour and 10-hour support plans have a twelve-month minimum. Custom support and assistance is scoped and quoted separately.
A participant-hour is one person in a live webinar, meeting or stream for one hour, whether they are watching or presenting. A viewer-hour is one person watching on demand for one hour. A session is up to two hours in one room, and the room’s own language counts as a language.
A 300-person two-hour webinar is about $150 if everyone stays to the end. 2,400 participant-hours of conference stream, about 800 people for three hours, is about $600. Watching the recordings afterwards is $0.35 a viewer-hour. Captions, translation and insights on a webinar bill on top at their own rates.

Usage is billed monthly, after the fact. The rates are the same on every plan.
At the published Australian service fee, 1,000 tickets at $150 each cost about $9,200 in Eventbrite service fees under its published Australian fee schedule. Eventbrite’s Australian fee schedule. With hey ema, your own Stripe takes the money, you pay Stripe’s card fees directly, and our ticket fee is zero. Subscription, usage and services are separate.
A token is a piece of a word; a conversation is about 3,000 of them; you will see tokens on the invoice and conversations on this page.

The switch and the Live offset run one after the other, not together. Insights first does not combine with the switch. Founding association participation does not change the pricing or terms of these offers.
