Bump-Out

The period after an event when everything is dismantled, packed, and removed from the venue. Also known as 'load-out' or 'move-out'. Bump-out often has tighter time constraints than bump-in because venues have back-to-back bookings. It requires reverse scheduling: what was built last comes down first. Damage inspection, inventory checks, and waste management are all part of a well-organised bump-out.
