On-Site Server

A local server deployed at the event venue to ensure critical functions (check-in, badge printing, session scanning, lead capture) work even if the internet connection fails. On-site servers sync with the cloud platform when connectivity is available and operate independently when it is not. For large events in convention centres with unreliable Wi-Fi, an on-site server is insurance against a registration desk that stops working during peak arrivals.
