Process uploaded recordings on any plan or without a platform subscription. Recording streamed sessions inside the platform starts on Crew. CPD/CE Management is an optional Scale workflow, rather than a requirement for insights processing.
Bespoke inclusions are agreed by contract. Metered usage, integrations and any Fieldstate production or onsite help are priced separately.

People, equipment and delivery services are scoped separately from software access and usage.
